1st Hour:
- Do you have any siblings?
- I have 1 younger sister. She is also a teacher at Lake Orion High School – no need to google her – we have different last names and look nothing alike.
- Do you prefer Starbucks or Caribou?
- I prefer Starbucks solely because I drive past the one at Rochester & South Blvd in the morning and I love that they have a drive-thru. A store that offers a drive-thru will win my business any day of the week.
3rd Hour:
- What kind of car do you drive?
- A minivan. Yes, feel free to be jealous.
- Do you own cats?
- We have a cat named Stitch and he is 9 years old. I’m not an animal person at all, and I swear he senses it, so he torchers me on a nightly basis by sleeping at my feet and planning my demise.
4th Hour:
- Do you have kids?
- I have 2 little boys ages 4 & 2.
- Were you always a teacher?
- Yes. I started teaching at Athens right out of college in 2001. For the past 3 school years, I have traveled between AHS and THS. This semester I am at THS all day.
5th Hour:
- What is your middle name?
- Anne
- Do you wash your hands in the kitchen or bathroom?
- Both – but I prefer the kitchen. I’m constantly washing and sanitizing my hands – as you’ll see.
6th Hour:
- Where did you go to high school & college?
- I went to St. Clair High School in St. Clair. I went to college at Western Michigan University. My major was Business and minor was Speech & Communications. Go Broncos!
- What is your favorite thing to do?
- Hanging out with my boys & husband, playing tennis, hiking, traveling and skiing.
